WHERE TO LIVE IN PRAGUE
Prague 1
Prague 1 is the heart of the city. The Vltava River flows here offering you spectacular, romantic and charming views of the many historical and commercial buildings displaying a beautiful architecture such as: the Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and Prague Castle. Here you can find the bustling of the city offering you a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops, but also very romantic and picturesque little streets that keep the smell and atmosphere of the unique, old Europe. Basically every place can be reached on foot, by bus, metro or tram with excellent public transportation connections. This part of the city offers beautiful, comfortable flats in old-style apartment buildings. Expatriates enjoy living in this area.

Prague 2, 3
Prague 2, 3 do not lie in the center of the city, still are very close to it. This is a very popular residential neighborhood situated just above Wenceslas Square and the National Museum. This part of Prague offers you a large variety of restaurants, cinemas, theaters, small shops, new and modern shopping malls, and fitness centers among others. Here you can also find pretty, cozy flats in quiet streets or nearby parks.

Prague 4, 10, Pruhonice
These neighborhoods are located in the south and southeast of Prague. There is a very good public transport connection to the center of the city. Residents here have very large shopping centers at hand. English International Schools can also be found in these areas. Worth to mention is the fact that people living in these parts of Prague are closer to the nature and other places of interest such as: Pruhonice Castle together with its gardens and pond. Many expat families live in these neighborhoods in spacious villas, family houses or flats.

Prague 5, 6, Nebusice, Horomerice
These quarters of Prague are especially favorite for expatriates with families as here you can find other international schools. For instance, just on the edge of Prague 6, there is a small, but growing village called Nebusice where expatriates have formed a friendly community having all the modern services nearby. The residences here are usually newly-built constructions with a garden and at times with a swimming pool, too. Prague 6 is an area where most of the embassies are located.

In these neighborhoods you can also find nice, and cheaper flats than in the other parts of the city. These areas are found on the other side of the Vltava River, still counting with a very good access to the center of the city.
